Privacy Policy
How Utivaro handles data, files and privacy.

Who is responsible for your data
Utivaro is operated by Saleh, an engineer based in Jordan ("Utivaro", "we", "us"). For any privacy question or request, email contact@utivaro.com.
Overview
Utivaro is designed to provide useful online tools while minimizing unnecessary collection of personal information.
Whenever technically possible, tools process information directly inside your browser rather than sending it to a remote server.
Browser-based processing
Some Utivaro tools perform their main processing locally on your device.
Examples may include image conversion, text analysis, calculations and unit conversions.
When a tool runs locally in your browser, the data you enter or files you select do not need to be uploaded to Utivaro for the tool to perform its main function.
Files and user input
Utivaro does not intentionally store files processed entirely inside your browser.
If future tools require server-side processing, the relevant tool page or this policy may be updated to explain how those files are handled.
Information automatically collected
Like most websites, Utivaro may receive basic technical information when you access the site.
This may include information such as browser type, device type, approximate location based on IP address, referring page and general usage information.
Analytics
Utivaro uses Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website traffic and performance. These services may process page-usage and technical information, such as browser and device details, according to their configuration and privacy policies. Local processing of your files is separate from these website analytics requests.
We measure tool starts, completed results, errors, cancellations, tool searches and clicks on result downloads. These custom usage events contain tool identifiers and limited technical categories or counts. They do not include your entered text, search terms, file names, generated passwords or converted file contents. A download click records the click; it does not confirm that your device saved the file.
Google Analytics waits for Google's consent platform to report that analytics is allowed, or that consent for this purpose does not apply to your visit. If your choice is pending, refused or unavailable, Google Analytics is not loaded. A Global Privacy Control signal exposed by your browser, or the Google Analytics disable flag, also blocks Google Analytics. Tool activity performed while measurement is blocked is not saved for later reporting.
Use Privacy & cookie settings at the bottom of any page to reopen Google's European consent message where available. Analytics is paused while you change a previous choice, and the page refreshes after you save it. Save any tool results first. Changing your choice does not delete data already sent. This control does not manage Cloudflare Web Analytics, browser settings or your Google account. See Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers.
Google Analytics may use cookies to measure visits. Read Google's information about Analytics data and Cloudflare's data collection documentation. Analytics retention and available controls depend on the service settings. Contact us for questions about data handling or privacy requests.
Advertising
Utivaro loads Google's AdSense service, including its consent management platform, to support consent choices and advertising. Loading this service contacts Google even when Google Analytics is blocked. Ad availability depends on Google's approval and the site's advertising settings. Analytics consent and advertising consent are separate choices.
Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to Utivaro or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to Utivaro and/or other websites on the Internet.
Where applicable, users may manage or opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Users can also learn how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services at Google's partner sites privacy information.
You can also opt out of personalized advertising from many third-party vendors at aboutads.info and networkadvertising.org, or, in Europe, at youronlinechoices.eu. Opting out does not remove ads; it means the ads you see are less likely to be based on your browsing.
Cookies
Utivaro itself aims to keep cookies to a minimum.
Third-party services, including analytics and advertising providers such as Google, may use cookies or similar technologies when those services are enabled.
Google's consent platform handles and stores the choices shown in its message. Where the European consent message applies, use the Privacy & cookie settings button below to review or change those choices. If the message cannot load, the tools remain available and Google Analytics stays blocked. Browser privacy settings and content blockers can also affect these services.
Third-party services
Utivaro may rely on third-party infrastructure or services for hosting, security, analytics, advertising or other website functionality.
These services may process limited technical information according to their own privacy policies.
International processing and retention
Google and Cloudflare may process technical and usage information on servers outside your country, including in the United States, under their own safeguards for international transfers. Utivaro does not keep its own database of visitors. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics, and advertising and consent data according to Google's policies.
Legal bases and your rights in the EEA, UK and Switzerland
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on your consent, collected through Google's consent message, for analytics and advertising cookies and for personalized ads. We rely on our legitimate interest in running and protecting the website for basic hosting, security and server logs handled by Cloudflare.
You have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time using Privacy & cookie settings at the bottom of any page. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Because Utivaro does not ask for your name, email or account details, we usually cannot link analytics or advertising data to you. Requests about that data are often handled best through your Google account's data and privacy settings. We reply to requests sent to us within one month.
Your rights in US states
Residents of California and other US states with consumer privacy laws may have the right to know what personal information is collected, to delete or correct it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. Utivaro does not sell personal information for money. Allowing Google's advertising cookies to show personalized ads may count as "sharing" under some of these laws.
To opt out, use Google Ads Settings, the industry opt-out pages listed above, or a browser that sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Where Google shows a consent message for your state, it appears through Privacy & cookie settings. You can also email contact@utivaro.com. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
External links
Utivaro may contain links to external websites.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites.
Children's privacy
Utivaro is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK) and does not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as Utivaro grows and new tools or services are introduced.
The date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
