About Utivaro

Free tools for everyday image, text, number and developer tasks, with guides that explain what the results mean.

Who's behind Utivaro

I'm Saleh, an engineer based in Jordan, and I founded Utivaro. In my work and daily life I kept needing the same small tools, such as resizing a photo, working out a percentage or counting words, and I kept jumping between sites that asked me to sign up or uploaded my files to their servers. So I put the ones I use most in one free site where every tool runs inside your browser and your files and data stay on your device.

The Utivaro team writes and checks the guides, and I review each one before it's published. We read and reply to messages sent to contact@utivaro.com.

What the site offers

Utivaro has tools for images (resizing and converting HEIC, WebP and JPG), calculations (percentages, ages, date differences, tips), text (word and character counts), developer tasks (JSON, Base64, UUIDs) and generators (passwords, random numbers). Each tool does one job, works without an account, and explains its options and limits on the same page. The Arabic section covers the most used tools plus a Hijri–Gregorian date converter.

Guides and how we check them

Alongside the tools, Utivaro publishes practical guides on image sizes and formats, percentages and dates, word and character limits, JSON, Base64, passwords and unit conversions. Each guide is written to answer a specific question and links to the tool that does the job.

Where a guide gives numbers, we produce them ourselves wherever possible: file sizes are measured by resizing real photos in a browser, error messages are copied from the browser that produces them, and calculations such as contrast ratios, password entropy and date differences are run in code and checked. Facts that change over time, such as platform character limits or phone settings, link to their sources and show the date they were last reviewed.

Your files stay on your device

The current tools process their main inputs in your browser, so the photos, text and data you enter are not uploaded to Utivaro for the tool to work. Hosting, analytics, advertising and the HEIC library download are separate network services. Our Privacy Policy explains each of them.

How to use a result responsibly

A calendar-day difference, a rounded currency amount and an approximate reading time each rest on assumptions. Check those assumptions on the tool page before using an answer for anything important, such as an official form, a contract or a payment.

Corrections and feedback

If something looks wrong or outdated, email contact@utivaro.com or use the Contact page. Include the tool or guide, your browser and a small non-sensitive example with the result you expected. Please do not send passwords or confidential files. Confirmed errors are fixed and the page's "Last updated" date is changed.
